2010
Start with a small service
We started small. We worked on 1-2 projects per year part time.
2013
We Expanded Our Reach
Once our clients found out that we were experts in investment propeties and rehab, our services became more in demand.
2016
We went full speed
Our clients hired us to manage and renovate properties. Most of our clients are out of state investors so trust was a big part of their decision. We are proud to say that we have several repeat clients.
